Based on the above background of
study, the main purpose of doing this research, the researcher wanted to know
how to satisfy the students, how to communicate with students in a good way, how to do work well and
to improve the quality work at the Cambodian Mekong University’s CounterI. In fact, the most significant is the Counter
can only perform at ordinary level that needs to be improved for best
performance. Increasingly, students feel that the performance has not yet been
standardized. Another problem is researchers can see some students feel unhappy
about the staffs and environment that should be put into consideration. In
brief, this research will lend to conduct the main reason that makes students

working relevant with this section. In addition, the secondary data are
obtained from the documents provided by CounterI, Internet documents and other
sources which existed in the university library.
1.6 Scope and
limitation of research
According to the research
objective above, this research focuses on the students who are studying in
Cambodian Mekong University. However, we have done this investigation on 50
students for all levels and all different types of students in the morning
group. There are some
reasons we select these groups of students because there are number of students
studying at this time, which make our research is more reliable. As result, we
also have to admit that only this group that has type of the students we need
because they would provide us creditable information, have the good response to
all questionnaires, and they are willing to spend time with research conducting
in order to evaluate on students’ satisfaction on CounterI.
